Cortical control of primate vocalization.
I use a variety of neuroanatomical and neurophysiological techniques to elucidate the neural substrate for vocalization.
My work involves the use of rabies virus and standard tracer injections, intracortical-microstimulation motor mapping, histological tissue processing, and data analysis using a variety of analytic techniques and design software.
